This rate is applied to email requests as long as the word "urgent" is not in the subject line.



This rate applies to phone calls and any other scheduled work that is done in real-time.

This work must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.



This rate is applied to any emails with the word "urgent" in the subject line, and for any other forms of communication (phone call, SMS, instant message, etc).

Urgent work is usually completed within minutes or hours. If, for any reason, the work is not completed within 24 hours, you will not be billed at the urgent rate, but I will prioritize it anyway.


Increments. All hourly work is recorded in 15-minute increments.

Turnaround time. Most small changes are completed within a day or two, but a turnaround time is not guaranteed for work at the standard rate.

Billable work. Billing and account-related communications are not counted as billable work. However, other communications, such as questions on how to make changes to your site, are counted as billable work.

Invoicing schedule. After you have paid for the initial project or initial deposit, you will be invoiced at the beginning of each month for any work that was done in the previous month. If a large amount of work is requested, payment may be requested earlier.

Minimum. There is a $1200 minimum deposit for any hourly work, unless you purchase the Design in Day package or sign up for a maintenance plan.
